Responsibilities:
- Maximize customer relations and maintain high ethical standards
- Achieve revenue targets by following up on leads, attending estimates, and submitting contracts promptly
- Promptly follow up with provided leads.
- Independently generate new leads.
- Attend company sales training sessions and meetings to ensure sales ratio success
- Document all roof and property conditions and update CRM per company procedures
- Ensure working with ideal clients and upsell by selling value, not price
- Maintain gross profit by ensuring current material and labor pricing, protecting against cost escalations, and assembling a production package
- Provide timely project knowledge and communication with the Sales Manager, Production Manager, and/or Service Manager.
Qualifications:
- Must possess or be willing obtain a Home Improvement/Sales License
- Proven experience as an account manager or sales representative is preferred, but not required. The Ideal Candidate is someone eager to learn and grow.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Highly motivated, humble, and teachable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of sales performance metrics.
- Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- High ethical standards and a commitment to customer satisfaction
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Pay and Benefits:
