```Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Patient Care Coordinator. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office. Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support and exceptional customer service to our patients.

Duties:
- Schedule interviews/appointments and manage the interview/appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information to clients/aides/state case workers
- Collect patient information and update electronic records
- Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims
- Coordinate referrals and follow ups
- Assist with billing and payment processing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

Experience: Preferred but Not Required
- Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems
- Strong administrative skills, including data entry and record keeping
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
