```Duties```
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Stock and replenish supplies in restrooms and other areas as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, carpets, and windows
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel
- Assist with setting up rooms for meetings or events as required
```Qualifications```
-Must be US Citizen or Resident of the USA
- Must be able to pass background clearance and fingerprints for the Federal Government
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work preferred
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance and industrial cleaning practices
- Familiarity with floor care techniques such as buffing and waxing
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods of time
