Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join our legal team. As a Commercial Real Estate Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on commercial real estate transactions. You will work closely with clients, negotiate contracts, draft legal documents, and represent clients in litigation matters.

Duties:

- Provide legal advice and guidance on commercial real estate transactions

- Negotiate and draft contracts, leases, and other legal documents related to commercial real estate

- Conduct legal research using resources such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis

- Represent clients in litigation matters related to commercial real estate

- Review title reports, surveys, and other due diligence materials

- Advise on zoning and land use issues

- File eviction and tenant litigations. Represent Client in eviction courts

- Assist with the resolution of disputes related to commercial real estate transactions

- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting commercial real estate

Qualifications:

- Admission to the state bar association

- Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing commercial real estate law

- Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures related to commercial real estate transactions

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills

- Ability to conduct thorough legal research using resources such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis

- Proficient in legal drafting and writing
