Office Clerk 2nd Shift Flexible Schedule

Join our client’s team in Franklin Park, IL as an Office Clerk and be part of a dynamic environment dedicated to providing opportunities to hard workers and maintaining a positive workplace environment.

This position offers an opportunity to provide administrative support for various office operations.

As an Office Clerk, you will handle email correspondence, communicate with the warehouse, and perform general administrative duties.

You will also be responsible for scheduling appointments with precision.

Office Clerk Responsibilities :

  • Manage email correspondence effectively.
  • Schedule appointments with precision.
  • Maintain clear and efficient communication with the warehouse.
  • Perform orderly clerical work to support office operations.
  • Handle basic office tasks as needed.

Shift : 2nd, 2 : 00 pm - 10 : 30 pm

Pay : Starting at $18 / h

Location : Franklin Park, IL

HR Assistant Requirements :

  • Previous experience in a related industry is advantageous.
  • Availability to work weekends.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to perform basic office duties with accuracy.
