Located in the Bridge Street Town Centre, Trashy Dawg will feature the most cutting-edge order & pay technology, allowing guest to conveniently choose how they enjoy their experience whether that be lounging on our custom sofa-bed on the mezzanine level, sitting at one of the coveted Beverly Hillbillies themed bar stools or placing an order to go at one of the self-order kiosks.

Skills Required

  • Understanding of culinary cleanliness standards and food safety guidelines
  • Willingness to learn builds and specs of our menu and prepare food accurately.

  • Ability to stand for long hours
  • Ability to safely operate a variety of kitchen equipment including fryers, flattop, ovenand KDS

Culinary Team Responsibilities:

  • Communicate clearly and effectively to team members and leadership to ensure thatwe exceed our guests’ expectations with accuracy and timeliness of orders.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
  • Perform culinary line checks, to standard, on time and with attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with the other culinary team members to ensure that food is preparedand packaged in a timely manner.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including proper handling of food andequipment, and complying with all health and safety regulations.
  • Participate in training programs and team meetings to continuously improve job skillsand knowledge.
  • Perform various duties as assigned by leadership.
  • Follow prep lists, checklists, and perform deep cleaning tasks to completion.
  • Operate multiple types of culinary equipment, simultaneously.
  • Receive and check-in orders from vendors and store appropriately, by product.
  • Ensure that all product is labeled and forward facing, stored properly in coolers anddry storage.
  • Attention to detail, identifying any modifications and allergens on orders andpreparing food accordingly.
