Skills Required

Culinary Team Responsibilities:
Communicate clearly and effectively to team members and leadership to ensure thatwe exceed our guests’ expectations with accuracy and timeliness of orders.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
Perform culinary line checks, to standard, on time and with attention to detail.
Collaborate with the other culinary team members to ensure that food is preparedand packaged in a timely manner.
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including proper handling of food andequipment, and complying with all health and safety regulations.
Participate in training programs and team meetings to continuously improve job skillsand knowledge.
Perform various duties as assigned by leadership.
Follow prep lists, checklists, and perform deep cleaning tasks to completion.
Operate multiple types of culinary equipment, simultaneously.
Receive and check-in orders from vendors and store appropriately, by product.
Ensure that all product is labeled and forward facing, stored properly in coolers anddry storage.
Attention to detail, identifying any modifications and allergens on orders andpreparing food accordingly.
