Location: Meriden, CT area

Position Overview:
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative specializing in health insurance, you will play a vital role in ensuring members receive the assistance they need. This position involves handling outbound calls to customers, addressing inquiries, providing information about insurance plans, and resolving issues effectively. Qualifications:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish languages is required.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in the healthcare insurance field.
• Strong understanding of health insurance terminology, policies, and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in computer skills and experience with CRM software preferred.
• Positive attitude, empathy, and strong problem-solving skills.
