Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Location : Meriden, CT area

Type : Contract (On-site training, then transition to work from home)

Pay Rate : $20.65 per hour

Duration : Estimated to run through the end of June

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative specializing in health insurance, you will play a vital role in ensuring members receive the assistance they need.

This position involves handling outbound calls to customers, addressing inquiries, providing information about insurance plans, and resolving issues effectively.

Qualifications :

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in the healthcare insurance field.
• Strong understanding of health insurance terminology, policies, and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in computer skills and experience with CRM software preferred.
• Positive attitude, empathy, and strong problem-solving skills.
