Now Hiring an Experienced Home Health RN - PRN for our Home Health Agency in Kingston, OK. (Previous experience preferred)
Registered Nurse (RN) responsibilities and duties:

• Assesses and educates the patient and family/caregiver regarding the disease process, self-care techniques, prevention strategies and nursing related needs
• Initiates the plan of care and revises as necessary under the direction of the physician

• Provides those services and/or treatments requiring substantial and specialized nursing skills

• Coordinates services and refers to other services as needed

• Supervises, delegates, and teaches duties and tasks to Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Home Health aides and others providing services, as appropriate

• Assists physician in evaluating the patient’s level of function.

Registered Nurse (RN) qualifications and skills:

• RN license with 1-2 years experience

• Previous home health experience preferred

• Current CPR license

• Valid drivers license along with reliable transportation and proof of insurance

• Must pass full background check and clear drug screen

• On-call
