Job Title: Creative Artist Manager

Responsibilities:
Oversee the end-to-end creation, management, and monetization of digital assets for our diverse range of clients.
Stay ahead of emerging trends, constantly creating new avenues for artists to thrive.
Act as a trusted advisor, providing valuable insights and recommendations to propel our clients' success.
Identify, negotiate, and manage opportunities in film, TV, advertising, video games, print, sponsorships, and brand deals, photo and video shoots etc.
Coordinate schedules with brands, producers, and production studios.
Your Role:
As a Creative Artist Manager, you will play a pivotal role in securing viable connections for clients across various mediums. This includes film, TV, trailers, promos, print, brand, and sponsorship deals. Your focus will be on promoting artists to the benefit of the overall company, identifying and managing opportunities related across platforms understanding social media and high-level marketing. ability to build and structures teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with music supervisors, film/TV music executives, and studios.
Coordinate with artist and label partners, internal departments, and clearance teams.
Research the company’s rights and clear copyright provisions.
Work with business & legal affairs, finance, and Sync for licensing contract negotiations.
Develop and implement programs to increase awareness of our artists and their work in various entertainment mediums.
About You:
Minimum of three (3) years of relevant creative sync pitching experience.
Wide knowledge of popular music, TV, film, sponsorships, and brand artist development.
Familiarity with current trends in Film, TV, and other media.
Pre-established positive relationships with Music Supervisors and Music Coordinators.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking skills.
Self-starter with the ability to identify gaps and create opportunities.
Knowledge of standard computer programs (Google, Word, Excel, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.
Experience working in artist development.
