A.F. Sterling HomeBuilders seeks a project manager for multifamily projects in the Tucson metropolitan area.

You will organize and oversee the various aspects of the development and construction processes and procedures, estimating, bidding, and ensuring they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Your role will include overseeing and supervising all aspects of job-site activity before and during construction, invoice review and approvals and ensuring proper lien waivers.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Monitor the progress of Construction Projects to ensure that the work is proceeding according to schedule and on budget.

Report any issues with or at jobsites.

General communication of deliverables and expectations.

Requirements:

Multifamily construction project management experience (minimum 10 years).

Ability to work out in the field and in an office environment.

Ability to establish field offices such as, setting up job files, working folders, and record keeping systems.

Must have a vehicle and maintain a current insurable driver's license.

Qualified applicants must be able to pass a background check.

Intermediate computer skills – experience with Microsoft Office
