A&D Mortgage is a Florida-based Nationwide Mortgage Lender providing successful residential and commercial loans for over 20 years. With a team of 200 employees across the United States, we represent our A service in 40 states.

We seek motivated candidates to join our sales team as Customer Retention Specialists. Responsibilities include generating leads, communicating with customers, and achieving sales targets. No experience required as we offer comprehensive training and mentorship. The ideal candidate builds rapport, ensures customer satisfaction, and demonstrates competitiveness and listening skills.

YOU'RE GOING TO

• Call potential clients and establish connections.

• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with mortgage broker accounts.

• Educate brokers on A&D Mortgage's products, policies, and procedures to ensure compliant loan files.

• Serve as a reliable resource for clients, offering guidance and solutions.

• Provide timely updates on product offerings, resources, and industry developments.

• Advocate for brokers and strive for successful loan outcomes.

• Maintain a robust loan pipeline, surpassing sales targets.

• Monitor the performance of accounts in the pipeline.

• Record and track contacts using the company's CRM system.

• Prepare and maintain sales reports, including contact and pipeline activity.

• Collaborate with brokers and loan officers on marketing programs to add value.

• Stay updated on underwriting guidelines and program changes.

• Deliver ongoing support and service to brokers.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.
