At A-Cure Physical therapy we provide outpatient skilled physical therapy services to patients with injuries or functional impairments not related to injuries. As a team we take pride in making a positive difference to the patients and their lives. Currently we are operating from one location. Our team consists of dynamic members, always willing to help and assist each other. We strongly believe in team work makes a dream work. Technicians and PT/PTs here work with passion to ensure the quality of care always meet the standards.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for greeting and welcoming patients, receiving and delivering all incoming and outgoing mail and packages, answering all calls and directing as needed, scheduling patients, and collecting payment.
- Includes assisting Physical Therapist as needed
- Encourage patients on adhering to prescribed Frequency.
- Monitor and follow plan as prescribed by therapist.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Obtain authorization from insurance
Experience:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide exceptional patient service and care
As a Front Desk/ Physical Therapist Technician, you will indirectly play a crucial role in helping patients recover from injuries or manage chronic conditions. You will work closely with the Physical Therapist and Technicians to help patients improve their physical function and quality of life. Additionally, your ability to provide exceptional patient service will contribute to a positive therapeutic experience for each individual.
