2. Office (work) location is Westchase district of Houston zip code 77042. If you cannot arrive by 9 a.m. every morning please do not apply.
3. Must be able to read, write, and speak English perfectly. (Billingual is plus)
4. Must be able to use computer (copier, scanner, email, pdf, word, excel, etc.) with typing speed of minimum 40 WPM. (You will be tested on typing speed)
5. This is not a remote position. You must be physicially be at the office. No exceptions.
6. You must be able to work Monday - Friday 35-40 hours per week starting 9 a.m.
7. You must be able to work in this job minimum of 2 years. This is not a temporary position. We are searching candidate who can work with us for many years.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
- Perform data entry tasks, including order entry and updating customer information
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Provide administrative support to the office staff as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience as a front desk receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred
- Knowledge of dental office procedures is a plus
- Proficiency in using computer software such as QuickBooks, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
