A Cleaner World is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Rep to join our Home Delivery team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, delivering exceptional service with a smile and ensuring the highest quality and convenience for our customers. You will be responsible for the pickup and delivery of customers' garments, using a company van, and will play a crucial role in expanding our business and growing our Chapel Hill route. We pride ourselves on our friendly and positive work environment, and we're looking for someone who shares our commitment to customer satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely pickup and delivery of customers' garments using a company-provided van.
• Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Handle physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 20 lbs of clothing repeatedly throughout the day.
• Contribute to business growth by expanding the Greensboro route through daily sales and marketing techniques.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Clean Driveing Record Required
• Previous experience in sales or account management is preferred but not required.
• Physical fitness to meet the demands of the job.
• Positive attitude and a great sense of humor.
