Purpose: This position will oversee the daily operations of ACWSACC

Accountability: The director is under the supervision of the Executive Director

Responsibilities: The director's primary responsibility is to guarantee a safe and healthy learning environment while assuring the communication, technical and mechanical operations of ACWDCC run smoothly.

Duties: Create a positive, loving, safe, healthy learning environment for students at all times (indoor and outdoor). Show respect; assist the children and their families with individual needs. Uphold professionalism when talking with families. Understand, enforce, and maintain compliance KDHE licensing regulations. Maintain confidentiality at all times. Supervise Children.

Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older. Must possess high school diploma or equivalent, Must have excellent management/organizational skills. Must demonstrate sensitivity to children and parents. Must show effective communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
