Full-Time position available, minimum 40 hours per week. Ability to work in-person and remotely, nights and weekends are required as needed to host events. Must have access to computer (equipped with a mic and camera).

The Promotional Manager is responsible for promoting the business and supervising the Events Coordinator, Visual Merchandising Manager (Books), Digital Media Coordinator, Event Hosts/Marketing Assistants. This position reports to the CEO. In addition to managing a team, responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Managing and overseeing all aspects of promotions and marketing in collaboration with the CEO.
• Developing and managing the events programs.
• Overseeing the website and social media.
• Creating and maintaining relationships with external partners including publishers and community groups.
• Overseeing external and internal communications. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, skilled at public speaking, self motivated, creative, energetic, positive, and a team player.

Emotional intelligence, along with strong verbal and written communication skills are required. Management experience and experience utilizing marketing analytics for social media and websites and event planning preferred.
