The A.C.Coy Company has an immediate opening for a Staff Accountant. Ideal candidates will have 3 years of experience with accounting including balance sheet, bank reconciliations, and month-end close. Experience with property management can be considered.
Responsibilities:- Reconcile monthly expenses and create invoices accordingly
- Manage collection of accounts receivable
- Track construction project costs and calculate construction management fees
- Support month-end close
- Produce and analyze monthly operating reports
- Support the preparation of annual budgets
Education Required
- Bachelor's degree in business or Accounting preferred
Experience Required
- 3 years of experience with accounting including balance sheet, bank reconciliations, and month-end close
- Strong Excel skills including pivot tables
- Experience using Yardi is a plus
