- A HS diploma or GED
- A valid DL
- A clean driving record
- Problem solving skills
- Organizational skills
- Integrity honesty and dependability
- Excel and Google drive experience
- Minimum 3 years mechanic experience
- Automotive troubleshooting and diagnostic experience
- Automotive electrical experience
- Powertrain experience
- Drivetrain experience
- ASE certifications a plus
