```Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Leasing Agent to join our team. As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants with finding their ideal rental property and ensuring a smooth leasing process. Responsibilities:
- Conduct property tours for potential tenants and provide detailed information about the property features, amenities, and leasing terms
- Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants via phone, email, or in-person and provide exceptional customer service
- Process rental applications and conduct thorough background checks on prospective tenants
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary documents are completed accurately
- Coordinate move-in and move-out inspections with tenants and document any damages or repairs needed
- Assist with rent collection and follow up on late payments
- Address tenant concerns or maintenance requests in a timely manner and coordinate with the appropriate departments for resolution
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, rental rates, and competitor offerings to effectively market available properties

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles
- Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Resman) is preferred
- Strong computer skills including data entry and proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Understanding of property maintenance and facilities management processes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to leasing and rental properties
