Seeking for a Part-Time Project Manager in the Bay Area 
Our HQ are Lake Forest but are looking for some one in San Jose, Oakland, San Francisco area.

We are looking for proactive, adaptable and motivated Project Managers with 3 yrs of experience overseeing multiple complex projects with proven record of working independently with minimal supervision.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Management of scope, budget, schedule and risk of construction projects from its development to procurement and construction.
• Manage large team members from multiple disciplines while demonstrating strong leadership and teamwork skills
• Lead projects from start up, project completion, including close-out process 
• Establish and maintain customer relationships 
• Identify issues and provide resolution to problems while analyzing risks and mitigating when possible 
• Attend customer site as needed
• Coordinate activities with contractors, escalate issues as they arise, and work on immediate resolution to provide excellent cutomer services to clients
• Respobsible for transportation/logistics of istallation of devices at multiple customer sites
• Preare status progress reports as needed
• Create a proejct schedule and track dependencies
• Ensure project/program/construction rules and procedures are implemented and followed
 • Recommend and Developas directed process improvements when needed for efficiency and efficacy of project development and execution 
 
Experience
• Proven leadership for multiple aspects of controls including costs, planning, scheduling, engineering, supervision and management of personnel
• Able to read cosntruction/engineering drawings
• Ensure project/program/construction rules and procedures are implemented and followed 
• Coordinate construction/ instalaltion of devices in a timely manner and following safety requirements
• Follow and successfully execute the program Quality Management System
• Review and develop contract documents in coordination with others 
• Knowledge of MS Business (Word, Excel, Power Point, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, MS Project)
• Knowledge of Primavera (preferred)
• Experience in Engineering and/or Construction 
• Demonstrated experience with Quality Assurance, and Risk Mitigation analysis
• PMP Certification or Active in Industry Associations (preferred)
 Education
 • Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field 
 • M.S in Engineering / Business / Construction is a plus
 • 3 yrs of Experience in Construction
 • 3 yrs of Project Management
