Description

Key Responsibilities:
General Maintenance:
    • Perform routine maintenance tasks or work with contractors on issues such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting to uphold the functionality of facilities and equipment.
    • Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address issues promptly.
Work Order Management:
    • Receive and prioritize work orders, ensuring timely resolution of maintenance requests.
    • Document work performed and communicate updates to requestors.
Safety and Compliance:
    • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
    • Monitor compliance with building codes and industry standards, reporting any concerns to management.
Inventory Management:
    • Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies, ensuring availability for maintenance tasks.
    • Maintain organized storage and replenish supplies as needed.
Collaboration and Communication:
    • Coordinate with facilities team members and external vendors to execute maintenance activities efficiently.
    • Communicate effectively with staff, tenants, and contractors to address maintenance issues and provide updates.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; trade school certification preferred.
  • Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
  • Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
