Description

- Receive and prioritize work orders, ensuring timely resolution of maintenance requests.
- Document work performed and communicate updates to requestors.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
- Monitor compliance with building codes and industry standards, reporting any concerns to management.
- Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies, ensuring availability for maintenance tasks.
- Maintain organized storage and replenish supplies as needed.
- Coordinate with facilities team members and external vendors to execute maintenance activities efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with staff, tenants, and contractors to address maintenance issues and provide updates.
- High school diploma or equivalent; trade school certification preferred.
