JOB SUMMARY:
Lead a team that supports both Store Support Centers in Irving & Enon to ensure that Communications, Pilots, and Programs are Field Ready. Field Ready ensures that what goes out is delivered at the right time, to the right audience, has been reviewed for accuracy, and protects the Field Operation's Quality Visit cadence.
Mission: Advocate for Field Operations across a myriad of avenues (Communications/Projects/Pilots/Escalations/etc) to maintain a high quality cadence with Field Operations.
Project Leader for Operations Obstacle Escalations - Manage an escalation process on 7Hub that allows field leadership to escalate 7Help cases that have stalled. Coordinate a team that expedites resoltuion and reports back on results. Escalation Team also supports the bi-weekly Obstacle Escalation Meeting of SSC & Field Leadership.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
- Coordinate directly with the Communications Team to ensure correct comms go out weekly
- Lead a team that helps departments submit, review, and work to get communications approved for distribution
- The ability to identify which communications need to go out, bet rejected, or sent through a different avenue
- Ensure Emergency Communications are queued up in the Communication Portal / approved / and distributed
- Coordinate with the teams managing the Quality Visit Builder & Weekly Merchandising Update
- Utilize the Communication Portal to review and process all submitted communications
- Lead a team that directly supports departments throughotu the SSCs on Projects & Pilots
- Report weekly on project & pilot updates and progress
- Coordinate with the Operations Implementation Team on ensuring hand-offs from pilot to roll-out
- Advocate for Field Operations to ask the right questions and ensure programs/pilots are field ready
- Ensure large projects are calendarized on the 52-Week Calendar
- Attend the bi-weekly Operations Obstacle Escalation call and capture all new updates & field escalations
- Lead a team that partners with departments across the SSCs to expedite resolution of escalations
- Oversee the Operations Obsatcle Escalation button on 7Hub and the group mailbox that houses escalations
- Manage an Excel tracker of escalations and maintain a timely closure rate aligned with team Scorecard
- Using PowerPoint & Excel report on resolution updates and closure rates
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
#1. Expert knowledge of Microsoft suite applications including Power Point, Excel and Word
#2. Extensive and strong communication skills with demonstration of broad messaging
#3. Ability to analyze data across different data sets to evaluate effectiveness of programs and root cause of results
#4. Ability to interact with all levels of management
#5. Broad knowledge of the convenience and restaurant industry including daily operations
#6. Ability to advocate for the field operations respectfully and collboratively
#7. Manage a team that is in both Store Support Centers (Irving & Enon)
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
EDUCATION: Bachelors/4 Yr Degree
