JOB DESCRIPTION

Truly outstanding opportunity for a super energetic, highly motivated individual with the desire to make an impact in the lives of customers, employees, and themselves. The Regional Director of Operations has full P&L and operational responsibility for 15-20 7 Brew stands in a major market in Texas. We believe in leading by example with a servant’s heart.

• Provides encouragement, correction, guidance, and redirection to the stand managers so the integrity of our values, product, and service are maintained at all stands.
• Be a leader by example, maintaining deep connections to the stand managers and the unique nuances of at each location.
• Dive into all things 7 Brew, so you can oversee and insure the highest quality product, the best Brewista teams and a passionate commitment to the customer experience.
• Manage a sizable, geographically disbursed network of stores
• Manage regional P&L including cost of goods sold, labor and operating expenses.
• Develop stand, and assistant managers who exceed guest expectations, grow sales and maximize profit by rigorously selecting, diligently training and thoughtfully coaching and mentoring staff.
• Implement incentives to improve speed of service and product quality
• Ensure all stores are adequately staffed with quality Baristas and Shift Leads
• Manage monthly payroll budgets.
• Manage monthly and quarterly food cost targets.
• Develop and implement initiatives to drive sales growth.
• Maintain management depth by regularly planning for succession, actively recruiting and critically selecting internal and external management candidates.
• Follow up on all customer and employee complaints and ensure necessary corrective measures at stand level
• Coordinate all activities associated with timely new store openings
• Lead day-to-day operations with a multi-unit portfolio of stores
• Provide role model leadership training and development for your team

QUALIFICATIONS

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a multi-unit District / Area Manager or Regional Manager.
• QSR background with Drive-Thru experience strongly preferred.
• Highly energetic and motivated individual.
• Willingness to immerse themselves in the 7 Brew experience, culture, values and mission with a ‘beginner’s mindset.’
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a passionate team and customer focus.
• Self-Starter with ability to work independently and as a team.
• Can drive operational excellence and both unit-level and company profitability.
• Great at developing people and helping them achieve their goals.
• Systems and data-driven; goal and results-oriented.
• Having a desire to be a great change agent.
• Organized and is a good planner, communicator, and team player.

COMPENSATION

For the right candidate, this position will be an outstanding opportunity for growth and compensation. Highly competitive base salary, with incentive bonuses and ownership / equity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $97,500.00 - $157,512.00 per year
