Position Title: Regional Director of Preschool Operations (6 Centers in Texas)

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (Flexibility Required)

Annual Salary: $60,000.00

Expected Travel: Approximately 75% of the time

We're seeking a Regional Director of Preschool Operations who is open to traveling within the designated region for up to 75% of their work time. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, collaborate effectively with colleagues, and have a genuine passion for nurturing children's holistic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure schools achieve enrollment targets
  • Utilize lead management systems for updates
  • Deliver enrollment reports to the VP
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and licensing
  • Maintain fiscal and operational well-being
  • Implement standard operating procedures
  • Foster a secure and inviting learning environment
  • Conduct regular inspections and safety drills
  • Conduct regular center and staff observations
  • Provide academically appropriate programs
  • Recruit, train, and retain personnel
  • Cultivate community relationships
  • Surpass annual budget objectives

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Professionalism and interpersonal competence
  • Proficiency in technology use (Google Workspace, Procare, LineLeader, OnePlace, etc.

Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor's degree (master's preferred) in a relevant field
  • Minimum five years of executive-level experience
