The Position This role suits someone interested in delivering top class customer service with one of the key departments Supply Chain Services. You will be part of Diagnostics Baltics Team and create great collaborative partnerships with our colleagues and clients within the healthcare domain. Challenges and Career Opportunities Monitor and process incoming customers orders in a timely manner; Understand and make sure that the process complies with the local regulations and Roche operating standards; Pro-actively monitor upcoming installations/de-installations and coordinate activities with key stakeholders: Service Team, KAMs, warehouse, carriers, etc.; 1st level support for digital supply chain tools (web-shop, RMO, GS1, RIS); Manage customer complaints – look for the root causes & escalate, properly document claims and inquiries in the internal system Rexis, evaluate risks and implement corrective and preventive actions; Co-create with demand planner and develop effective tools to enable monitoring and reporting of forecasting, stocking and ordering norms based on changes in demand patterns, product and market priorities; Act as a catalyst engaging with internal and external stakeholders to improve our supply offering to our end customers. Skills, Experience, Mindset and Behaviour to be successful Experience in supply chain, projects or change management, hospital laboratory would be a plus; Bachelors' degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, transport management, healthcare or related discipline; SAP experience (also SAP HANA is a plus) / other ERP system; Latvian language fluency is a must (verbal and written); English language advanced (verbal and written) Lithuanian language is an advantage; G-suit experience and skills is advantage Ability to determine goals and actions necessary to maximise short-term and long-term; Handle conflicting priorities with the sense of urgency; Able to communicate clearly and concisely with different audiences; keep others informed and listen carefully to feedback; Good reasoning, conflict-management, analytical and problem-solving skills; Act with integrity: demonstrate responsibility, ethical, and honest behaviours in all aspects of the role and models the organization’s values; Ability to interpret necessary policies and procedures to perform updates and operate systems; Like working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment; Stress - resistance: maintain a positive attitude; maintain a high volume, high-quality workload under demanding conditions (e.g. short time frame). Salar starts from 1900 EUR gross monthly. Final salary depends on the candidate's level of experience, skills and qualifications.
