Salary : $17.00 $20.00 an hour

Job Type : Full-time Monday - Friday 8-4 : 30

Qualifications and requirements :

  • Have a minimum of 3 years of Inside Sales experience.
  • Have experience in a small office environment as the lead administrator.
  • Proven work experience as an administrative assistant.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Hands on experience with MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment as a competitive self-starter.
  • Are comfortable making and receiving customer calls, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
  • Demonstrate a natural sense of urgency, always ready to tackle challenges head-on.

Responsibilities & Duties include :

  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
  • Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
  • Staying informed about competing products and services.
