Metal manufacturing company located in Westminster, CO is actively hiring a temporary Entry Level Administrative Assistant or Office clerk for about 6 weeks who will be responsible for general record keeping and organizing duties, including but not limited to:

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Organize files and documents by alphabetical or numerical order
• Matching documents to staple together
• Other clerical duties as required

Qualifications:

• Competency in Microsoft Office, databases and overall computer skills 
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
• Data entry and word processing skills
• Multitasking and communication abilities 

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma 
• 1 year of experience in similar roles.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer 
• Occasionally stand up, walk, and lift.
