Position: Warehouse Worker

Location: Brighton, Colorado

Schedule: Monday-Friday

• Peak Season Shift: 11:00 am until finish (approximately 13 hours per shift)
• Regular Shift: 11:00 pm - 7:30 am (after the peak season)

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Lifting and Stacking: Safely lift, move, and stack boxes of various sizes and weights.
• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring timely delivery to our customers.
• Inventory Management: Assist in the movement and organization of inventory within the warehouse.
• Equipment Operation: Utilize forklifts or pallet jacks to transport goods. Don't worry if you lack experience - we provide training!
• Adaptability: Be willing to work flexible hours, including long shifts during peak seasons.
• Breakage Room Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization in designated areas, ensuring a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Clean Record: No felony convictions within the last 7 years.
• Drug-Free: Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Physical Fitness: Capable of lifting 50-75lbs and 25lbs repetitively for 8-10 hours.
• Safety Gear: Must wear steel-toed boots and other required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Forklift Experience: While preferred, some forklift experience is a plus. If you're motivated to learn, we're willing to train you!
