Description: Insurance Sales Coordinator

Position Overview: To support and facilitate the sales team's activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role is crucial for optimizing the sales process, enhancing communication, and ultimately contributing to the overall success of the sales department. By fulfilling these purposes, a Sales Coordinator helps create an organized and efficient sales environment, enabling the sales team to focus on building and maintaining customer relationships and driving revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Courteously answer incoming calls with correct greeting within the first two rings
• Effectively and efficiently research and track customer concerns, including billing issues and benefit questions
• Maintain customer database by accurately inputting customer profile information to include future activities and documenting all customer phone calls
• Managing carrier contracts by establishing, tracking, and maintaining agreements with carriers
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products or services
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Assist in organizing and streamlining product and agent information for easy access to sites
• Keep share drive updated and organized with all enrollments, product and carrier information
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational seminars.
• Assume a support role for the admin team in case of absences or high workload

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in sales, or customer service-related positions
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• WI Health and Life Insurance License required or obtain licensure within 60 days of hire
