SALES AND MARKETING COORDINATOR (On- site | Appleton, WI)

Sentinel Safety & Security Group, LLC is a strategic ownership group quickly growing their operations in the design, fabrication, installation, and maintenance of commercial fire sprinkler systems. We are looking to expand our Sales team to include a Sales and Marketing Coordinator in our Appleton, WI Corporate Office.

The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will provide support to the Midwest Sales team by gathering and reviewing bid data received by general contractors, owners, and developers; serving as a project facilitator by creating and maintaining bid folders with current and accurate information; and providing administrative support to the Sales team. This individual will also support the Company’s marketing strategies by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and industry standards.

  • Collaborate with operating entity contacts and external vendors to assist with development and implementation of marketing strategies to increase awareness, generate leads, and drive sales, including the execution of a results-driven social media strategy by developing engaging content for social media platforms.
  • Partner with Sales team members to develop marketing and sales collateral through the creation and coordination of written and graphic content.
  • Act as company liaison for outside industry associations and organizations the Company has affiliations with.
  • Maintain accurate and complete data in the CRM system.
  • Review project opportunities received via email, bid solicitation service (Procore, Building Connected, etc.) and confirm bidding status.
  • Set up project bid folders complete with all project documentation.
  • Manage contract flow process ensuring all steps on checklist are implemented and adhered to.
  • Maintain weekly and monthly Sales reports.
  • Assist Sales team in administrative and clerical duties as needed.

To be successful in this role, we expect you will possess an Associate Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or similar plus a minimum of three years of professional experience with business-to-business marketing experience. Additional prior work experience in a sales or project coordination role is preferred. Other important skills needed include intermediate to advanced proficiency with PDF Editor and Microsoft Office software – particularly PowerPoint; excellent communication and customer service skills; a strong attention to detail; and outstanding organizational, project management, and time-management skills.
