Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Car Wash Attendant to join our team. As a Car Wash Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and detailed.

Duties:
- Perform exterior and interior cleaning of vehicles, including vacuuming, window cleaning, and dusting
- Use appropriate cleaning agents and equipment to ensure a high-quality finish
- Apply wax, polish, or other protective agents to preserve the vehicle's appearance
- Inspect vehicles for any damages or issues and report them to the supervisor
- Drive vehicles through the car wash tunnel or manually wash them as needed
- Assist customers with selecting appropriate car wash packages and provide information on additional services such as window tinting or buffing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the car wash area, including emptying trash bins and restocking supplies
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive experience

Experience:
- Previous experience in car detailing or car wash preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different cleaning agents and techniques for various vehicle surfaces is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
