```Duties:```
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol consumption
- Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar area for events or functions
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

```Skills:```
- Proficient in using Toast or similar POS device
- Strong cash handling skills and ability to operate a cash register
- Knowledge of food service procedures and standards
- Excellent sales skills and ability to upsell menu items
- Basic understanding of retail math for calculating prices, discounts, and tips
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices
- Exceptional hospitality skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients, calculating orders, and handling cash transactions

This position requires a team player with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Bartenders must also be able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy kegs or cases of alcohol.
