Job Description
As the single point of contact within a major account, our Account Manager is the face of 4M Building Solutions to our client. Our Account Managers take ownership of their account to ensure we are meeting and exceeding our clients’ expectations.
- Supervising, coaching, and training Team Members
- Develop rapport with the client contact and become the single point of contact
- Plan and prepare Team Member work schedules
- Implement 4M Operational Playbook
- Maintain accurate building/facility records
- Promote a safe work environment
- This position has to be your #1 job. Not considered if you work another job. Need a fully focused manager at this account/building.
- Available during the day Mon-Fri
- Must have experience leading a team
- Hands-on Manager ( this is not a Mange only position)
- Must be able to write detailed nightly reports
- Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
