Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers at the dealership

- Showcase the dealership’s vehicles and explain their features to customers

- Answer customer questions about cars, financing and purchase process

- Accompany customers on test drives, collecting licenses and documentation beforehand

- Daily activities that include social media marketplace presence and outbound calls to previous customers to request referrals and repeat business

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Negotiate and close deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and customer leads

Qualifications:

- Positive Attitude
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Experience in customer service preferred
- Familiarity with computers and social media platforms
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Self motivated-fast learner-driven to succeed

- Competent in typing and grammar skills

- Driver's License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
