Description

The Customer Support Intern will learn and work with the variety of markets we serve in the capacity of Customer Support. This will involve working with customers over the phone and in person when the opportunity presents itself. Customer Support interns will help with registrations to our products, calling on potential users of Sandhills products and services, and educating them on the offerings. The Customer Support Intern will also be required to train on and understand our products in order to provide appropriate service, training, and upgrades to existing customers. There are a wide variety of areas that this intern could work in including AuctionFlex, HiBid, and more. Interest in technology and learning new technologies is preferred. Assume other duties as assigned

Qualifications


  • Ability to gain knowledge of the products and customers in the auction industry
  • Ability to learn and operate Group Companies computer systems and programs
  • Aptitude towards leaning new technologies
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Able to work independently and communicate within a team environment
