• Keep up to date records in Line of Business App.
• Build Knowledge Base Articles and Client Documentation.
• Actively seek and document improvements to internal processes.
• Capture and resolve user issues in detail.
• Attend Tech meetings to discuss concerns and make suggestions.
• Set realistic expectations for clients and internal teams.
• Participate in projects and deployments.
• Complete training and certifications for all core products and services.
• Help build documentation.
• Process returns for warranty claims.
• Answer incoming service desk phone calls.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most:

• Ability to multitask.
• Communication skills.
• Strong customer relationship skills.
• Organized and strong attention to detail.
• Strong computer skills.
• Knowledge of basic networking configurations.
• Experience in Windows OS, Azure, 365, and Active Directory.
• Problem-solving abilities and the ability to meet reasonable deadlines.

• Desire and drive to develop professionally.
• Self-motivated and the ability to work with little supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
