Summary We are currently looking for an individual to join our growing team! This individual will work with multiple teams to support claim payment controls and Total Medical Cost (TMC) management. He/she would also be responsible for creating/managing large volume data extracts, manipulating data and creating reports. This position is with Evernorth, a new business within Cigna Corporation. Responsibilities: Partner with various teams to establish accurate reporting processes and ensure proper data quality protocols are being followed. Provide the matrix partners with data to meet their business objectives. Automate reports and provide analytical support where applicable, to reduce technical workload on the matrix partners. Support matrix partners on an ad hoc basis as needed. Produce, improve and advance key metric reporting (utilizing SAS/SQL/Tableau/Excel) to effectively communicate results/findings. Qualifications: 3 years of experience with health care cost analysis required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Self-starter with demonstrated experience in producing Healthcare Analytics, Informatics, and reporting. Knowledge of standard medical coding: CPT, ICD10, HCPCS, Rev Code Working knowledge of enterprise data warehouses such as Teradata, Hadoop, SQL, etc. Working knowledge of analytics and BI tools such as Tableau, Excel, etc. If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 94,300 - 157,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
