360 Management Group is a non-profit instrumentality of Elm City Communities (ECC) formed in 2018 to preserve low-income and affordable housing in New Haven and its surrounding areas. Our mission is to ensure that Elm City Communities' affordable housing communities are preserved, create stable and safe environments, and provide respectful and professional property management services to our residents. The Role:
We’re looking for a Property Manager to join our team! The role of the Property Manager works independently to manage and resolve all site management-related issues. The Property Manager should be familiar with housing management, budgeting, housing agency regulations related technology, and have a commitment to community building. As a Property Manager at 360 Management Gorup, you will play a crucial role in managing our affordable housing properties with a focus on creating vibrant, inclusive communities. Key Responsibilities:
Champion Our Mission: Implement strategies that align with our mission of preserving affordable housing and creating stable, safe communities.
Lead With Our Values: Integrate our core values into the management of property operations, tenant relations, and community engagement.
Resident Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries and concerns with empathy and efficiency, ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction.
Financial Stewardship: Oversee budgeting, rent collection, and financial reporting with a commitment to transparency and efficiency.
Ensure Occupancy and Compliance: Collaborate with key stakeholders to meet occupancy, turnover, and collection rate goals. Implement processes to maintain occupancy above 95% and achieve rent collection rates of 97%.
Community Engagement: Create and implement community engagement initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive community environment.
Property Maintenance and Safety: Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely and effective resolution of repair issues, property upkeep, and preparation of units for residents. Monitor and ensure the execution of all site safety measures.
