Area agronomy company with multiple locations throughout the greater Sioux City area is looking for an agronomy sales manager to oversee all agronomy sales personnel. This person must have an agronomy or related degree or comparable industry experience and have 5 years tenure as a sales agronomist. Strong agronomic knowledge along with a strategic and aggressive sales mindset that has an emphasis on education and problem solving customer needs is important. Prior supervisory experience over a sales staff is preferred but not required- 5-10 sales people will be direct reports in this position.
Pay will be a strong base salary and bonus incentives. Full benefits included.
