Job Description: The Sr Director, Sales, Real Estate Solutions serves as a key member of the Sales Leadership Team and will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy, as well as strategic initiatives that will achieve the Real Estate Solutions revenue plans. Together with business leadership this role will define the real estate team's sales model. This role leads a team who identifies, creates and manages key-account business relationships with key clients. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for driving a sales team to achieve revenue growth goals for assigned products and solutions within the sales portfolio by developing and managing client relationships with key decision makers, approvers and influencers. Engage in solution-based selling by developing a deep understanding of clients’ business requirements and evangelize how business capabilities align with their needs. Defines strategy and creates plans supported by tactical execution that enhance CoreLogic revenue opportunities and deepen the relationship within the real estate portfolio of clients. Outlines client needs, potential solutions, revenue growth potential, pricing and profitability considerations, relationship plan, short and long-term activities, key milestones, and accountability for action necessary to gain adoption of solutions within the customer organization. Utilizes playbook process and strategic account planning tools. Partner with Sales Finance to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting by providing timely (daily/ weekly) sales activity reports and CRM data to reflect the true status of opportunities. Ensure visibility and accuracy on sales analytics. Ensure sales teams are driving deal negotiations to a productive close, through collaboration, effective negotiation and client discussion. Engage with team for timely feedback, coaching and support as needed to drive sales. Proactively researches and maintains an in-depth knowledge of industry trends, market conditions to fully identify client needs; demonstrate and articulate the CoreLogic value proposition. Works closely with product marketing to define opportunities (current market trends and future trend analysis, market sizing and competitive analysis); drives CoreLogic initiatives into identified areas of opportunity within the client by conducting research, due diligence and development of new business opportunities. Develop domain knowledge of CoreLogic businesses to include an understanding of short-term objectives & long-term strategies for the organization. Ensure compliance with CoreLogic policies, processes and practices. Role model CoreLogic Leadership Principles and be a role model for the Real Estate Solutions sales team Job Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience 12 years of direct sales leadership experience. 10 years experience working in real estate industry Experience in solution selling; strong influencing and negotiation skills; consultative and collaborative style Inspiring leadership that motivates the team and drives high engagement at all levels Evolutionary leadership style who is willing and open to growing and transforming with the company Ability to develop and maintain effective partnerships internally and externally to drive optimization of sales performance. Ability to navigate a highly matrixed environment to successful influence and execute decisions and goals Experienced leader who holds high accountability and integrity, while encouraging strong and consistent performance from the sales team Demonstrated background and proven results in business planning, understanding of client value chain and sales leadership. Strong business and technical acumen. Proven track record of facilitating, negotiating and closing successful transactions for products and services in Real Estate. Experience in solution selling; strong influencing and negotiation skills; consultative and collaborative style; ability to develop and maintain effective relationships internally and externally at an enterprise level. Strong analytical skills; independent decision-making capabilities coupled with the ability to analyze situations and provide practical recommendations. Sound judgment coupled with the ability to recognize and support the organization’s preferences and priorities. Demonstrated experience driving business strategies while balancing the need for tactical execution on a day-to-day basis; ability to effectively lead both direct and matrix resources. Effective results orientation with a demonstrated track record of success. Effective at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines; ability to prioritize conflicting demands and organize time to deliver consistent results for the business. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; effective listening skills; able to consolidate and succinctly translate and relay market/ client feedback; able to present and discuss complex concepts to executive audiences; deep competitive/market awareness Ability to travel up to 50%. *** This role has an OTE pay structure with a salary plus commission.
