Summary: The Consultant Database Team (CDT) is a centralized center of excellence within the Client Platform Group, responsible for support of the firm’s marketing and sales efforts through the distribution of content on the firm’s strategies and data via consultant databases. The team partners with the Consultant Relations Team, Sales, investment teams and business support functions to service client’s needs for data and information on the firm’s products. We are seeking a successful candidate to work within the Consultant Database Team on content relating to equity, fixed income and multi-asset class strategies. The successful candidates should have strong desire to foster key relationships, deliver high quality content and improve processes. Responsibilities: Serve as primary data contact for Relationship Managers on key Consultant relationships Aggregate investment strategy performance and analytics data utilizing strong data management skills for the purpose of updating Consultant Databases on a monthly/quarterly basis Complete consultant driven questionnaires / requests regarding investment products on a quarterly basis Run and review product profiles and performance reports for Relationship Managers ahead of Consultant meetings Research, initiate and implement innovative ideas and creative approaches to help increase the efficiency and further the goals of the Consultant Relations team Ensure detailed understanding of the firm's products and investment processes to facilitate accurate and relevant distribution of information Complete various value add projects from Sales and Investment teams including competitor and peer ranking analysis Collaborate with various internal teams on internal projects Qualifications: Undergraduate degree in economics, finance or business preferred 0 - 3 years of experience, preferably, in financial services Proven experience with managing large data sets and automating processes via VBA, Python, Power Query, a plus Excellent time-management, planning and organizational skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to communicate effectively with senior sales professionals, portfolio managers and subject matter experts.
