Pay Rate Range: $45 • $51.72/Hour

Role Mandate:

• Candidate will be joining the Trade Reporting Team in order to identify and document exceptions in the reporting for a wide variety of products within Capital Markets.

Role Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

• Monitor and report exceptions as they occur in the reporting.
• Notate items, retrieve the responses for the exceptions from the relevant teams/individuals and compiling the information into the system.
• Assist with the creation of new reporting related to additional initiatives the team has recently taken on.
• Assist with streamlining the existing processes and reporting to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders [traders, sales people, operations staff, etc.].

Must-Have Skills:

• Well versed in Microsoft Suite [strong familiarity with Excel is a plus].
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Open to a wide range of years of experience.

Nice to have Skills

• Previous experience with streamlining reporting processes and/or database maintenance.
