MUST HAVE HVAC KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE

The ideal candidate would have experience as an HVAC Technician / Installer, enjoy working with customers, and have basic order entry / product research computer skills.

$20 or more per hour

Hours are Monday - Friday 8 Hours / Day between 8am - 5pm plus Occasional Saturday Mornings.

We supply HVAC residential contractors with a full selection of equipment, exceptional service, technical support, job site delivery and HVAC training.

Ultimately, giving the homeowner the comfort, they expect.

Responsibilities for the HVAC Counter Sales role :

Greeting and assisting customers in a prompt professional manner

Answering customer calls professionally, politely and promptly on a multi extension phone

Assist with pulling orders and entry into the database for processing.

Provide recommendations or solutions to customers regarding HVAC products.

Accurately process orders and manage customer accounts.

Stock inventory as needed in the showroom.

Price out basic quotes & product availability from vendors

Process warranty claims

General cleaning & showroom upkeep

Qualifications for the HVAC Counter Sales role :

HVAC knowledge is REQUIRED

Customer Service experience required.

Sales experience is preferred.

Distributor knowledge preferred.

Computer literate and able to learn an inventory system.

High school diploma or GED completion is required.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

The physical abilities required for this position include walking; grasping; kneeling; crawling; reaching; carrying; stooping;

crouching; standing; sitting; climbing; lifting (up to 50 lbs.).
