Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certified Dietary Manager to join our team. As a Certified Dietary Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the dietary department and ensuring the delivery of high-quality nutritional services to our residents. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will play a key role in promoting the health and well-being of our residents.

Duties:

- Develop and implement care plans for residents with specific dietary needs

- Manage and supervise the dietary department staff

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines

- Conduct regular assessments of residents' nutritional needs

- Provide health coaching and education to residents on proper nutrition

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop individualized dietary plans

- Oversee the preparation and service of meals, ensuring they meet nutritional standards

- Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed

- Maintain accurate records of dietary services provided

Qualifications:

- Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification required

- Previous experience in a leadership role within a dietary department preferred

- Strong knowledge of physiology and nutrition principles

- Familiarity with tube feeding and diagnostic evaluation processes

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
