1. Source new components, accessories, cosmetics for multiple projects with short lead times.
2. Identify potential suppliers and conduct thorough evaluations to assess their capabilities, reliability, and quality standards.
3. Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable pricing, payment terms, and service level agreements.
4. Continuously monitor and evaluate supplier performance, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining quality standards.
5. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, new suppliers, and cost-saving opportunities.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, fostering partnerships based on trust, reliability, and mutual benefits.
7. Manage catalog and custom sourcing projects for all beauty-related products.
8. Research new product ideas, acquire samples and establish product specs, select, and negotiate with suppliers, and obtain approval from the Product Development and Sales Teams.
9. Complete the customer project and price quote in a timely manner.
10. Review prototypes and production samples for compliance of specifications.
11. Interface with Product Development, Sales, Purchasing, Finance, Logistics and Warehouse on initial product part purchase order requirements.
12. Collaborate closely with internal departments to understand their sourcing needs, specifications, and requirements.

4. Demonstrated ability to remain flexible while working on multiple projects simultaneously.
5. In-depth knowledge of sourcing strategies, supplier management, and procurement processes.
6. Strong understanding of contract laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
7. Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
8. Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards.
