Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Customer Service Representative/ Dispatch is responsible for helping to make sure that the company’s standard level of customer service is properly upheld.
· Receive emergency and non-emergency calls and record significant information
· Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions
· Receive and dispatch orders for service
· Use Voxer, phone or computer to send technicians to appropriate locations
· Monitor the route and status of technicians to coordinate and prioritize their schedule
· Provide technicians with information about service request, traffic, obstacles and requirements
· Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other information
· Ensure that customers are satisfied at all times
· Review and complete invoices in a timely manner
· Answering customer enquiries or passing them on to the appropriate department

Schedule:
The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday during the training period. After the training period, the position will be Sunday-Thursday,
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
At least two years management and customer service experience.
Physical Requirments:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
