THE ROLE:

In this role, you will spearhead financial forecasting, reconciliation of internal accounts, and analytical support for operational projects. Additionally, you'll spearhead database administration, ensuring the creation, implementation, and maintenance of efficient data pipelines, while providing guidance to the team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Lead the design and execution of budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives and targets
• Support acquisition initiatives by ensuring data integrity, validation, and contributing to post-acquisition reporting development
• Cultivate positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, delivering professional customer service consistently
• Demonstrate an intermediate understanding of operational processes, KPIs, and trends for the Brands under consideration
• Contribute to various financial tasks, including budget development, segment reporting, account reconciliations, and database administration
• Drive efficiency in the month-end close process, enhancing the overall effectiveness of financial reporting
• Take ownership of the creation, implementation, and maintenance of data pipelines, ensuring accuracy and reliability with the support of the Finance manager
• Supervise and train team members, offering guidance on accounting and database development matters and tasks

You will collaborate with your dynamix team 3x per week at our corporate office. 

The expected California Pay Range for this position is $76,000 - $89,000. 

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

• 2 years of proven expertise in financial modeling and forecasting
• Intermediate understanding of financial and accounting principles
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a similar field
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; NetSuite experience is a plus
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, research, resolution, data analysis, and multitasking skills
• Significant analytical skillset with strategic thinking and visioning
• Fundamental understanding of BI and reporting tools, such as Power BI or Tableau, with basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts (preferred)
