THE ROLE:

In this role, you will ensure that our clients with the highest tier of needs receive the highest level of customer service. This role truly lives our why of “making an impact by impacting lives every day” You will ensure an effortless experience to a set list of clients, offering a streamlined access to care and a personal connection with 24 Hour Home Care.Your day-to-day responsabilities will include: 

• Effortless Experience: diligently work to ensure that assigned care concierge clients receive an effortless experience, including solving any open cases assigned, ensuring any delays/barriers/confusions in authorizations are solved directly, and providing any additional assistance as needed to ensure that our client’s experience a VIP experience
• Streamline Access to Care: eliminate barriers and work proactively to ensure that our clients/POCs are able to maximize their authorized services through the regional center
• Connection: determine the best methods of outreach and connecting with our clients, their POCs and caregivers to ensure they feel cared for and our services go beyond that of a traditional vendor
• Growth of the Program: Help to grow the volume of clients that fall into the program thresholds through working directly with the Customer Success and Branch office teams

This is a fully remote position.

The expected California Pay Range for this position is $23.00 per hour.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities for effective interaction with both internal and external customers.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Works well under pressure, meets deadlines, and maintains a positive attitude
• Independent problem solver, completes assignments within given parameters
• High school diploma or GED required; 2 years of customer service experience preferred
