Job Summary

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our talented team, which delivers technically led solutions and provides an outstanding client experience throughout our domestic and international locations. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that will promote our products and services, generate leads, and increase our brand awareness. The candidate must have a strong background in marketing (digital marketing) and excellent communication skills. They will coordinate activities between our teams in the U.S. and Mexico to promote a stronger Rio Bravo Systems brand. The candidate will establish relationships with our key technology Partners and Distributors to create lead-generation programs and identify Vendor campaign incentives that can be applied to our business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our products and services
• Generate leads through multiple sales motions
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Including digital, social media, email, and events
• Create marketing content, including websites, blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies
• Manage our company’s social media presence and engage with followers to build brand loyalty
• Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives
• Stay up to date on industry trends and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement

Basic Qualifications

• Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create content
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze marketing data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and return on investment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
